e.l.f. stands for Eyes Lips Face. What is better for the name of a cosmetic company? There are so many wonderful products that you will have to see, everything from lip glosses for teenagers to organizing travel cosmetic bags.
The e.l.f. travel cosmetic organizer is perfect for a weekend getaway. It is a soft washable leatherette. There is a magnetic closure. The size is 9.5″ L x 2″ W x 4.5″ H
There is a mirror and 4 slots that fit mascara and brushes perfectly. In the middle is a pouch to hold your bigger items. This is held in with a magnet and will come out if needed.
On the right is a zipper pocket that has a netting over it.
This was a great size for packing. It fit wonderfully into my suitcase. I do have to admit that since I was going to be gone for 5 days I did have to bring another cosmetic case for some bigger items. (Hair spray, suntan lotion). But I really did like this and WILL use it on all my trips I am sure.
I love this compact. At Blog World Expo I was given this by e.l.f. I thought it would be perfect to share with you. I put the pencil in the picture to show the size. It is a small, PERFECT for TRAVEL or PURSE and has everything you need – all in one.
See how it pulls out in tiers? The colors are also all really nice. You know how sometimes with compacts they throw in some colors that you would never use? These all look like nice colors that coordinate. This also comes in 2 bigger sizes…great place to have all your cosmetics in one without all the separate containers etc.

Honestly I haven’t forgotten you!
I’ve been really busy…oh wait….or taking pictures with Marilyn! This was taken on one of my tours around Vegas with Melissa @consumerqueen and Kim @craftymamaof4. Kim has never been to Vegas before. I am presently at Blog World Expo in Las Vegas and have been having a great time along with learning lots!
I have so many ideas in my head!! I have had the priviledge of being able to meet with several really great brands and although they may not necessarily fit in the Organizing part of my life….they fit in other areas of my life. I really want to be able to bring some more information to you and reach out to some other readers in more ways than just organizing (although you know that is my passion).
So what other aspects of my life do I have that may relate to your life? Let me count the ways….. aging, children ranging in ages 26 down to 8 years old, triplets, step children, divorce, remarriage….how is that for starters? So when I talk to Genesis Today about all the excitement they have going on and I hear Dr. Lindsey Duncan’s story and all the health benefits for people…I want to tell you.
When I hear Deb Friar from Catalina Marketing (they put the coupons on the back of the store receipts) talk about wanting to help you us meal plan or have a system for our coupons or better yet figure out how to match up the sales and coupons to get the best deal…..I want to tell you!
When I talk to E.L.F. cosmetics (Eyes Lips Face) discuss their cosmetics (and of course I am thinking….help me with my ever increasing wrinkles)…I want to tell you. Or Crocs or Healthy Choice, Whrrl, USA Weekend, Soy Joy, Natures Choice….I want to share!!
I am in a unique situation that through my blog and through Collective Bias, networking and social media I am getting the opportunity to meet some really cool people. These are the people behind the products or services that either invent, own, run, or represent a company or Brand. So what is so great about that? Because if you know the people BEHIND a product or service and build a RELATIONSHIP with them…then you have a LINE OF COMMUNICATION. They really do care what you and I think about their products….and believe it or not they want to improve it many times based on the feedback they get from you and me! the product….or the people BEHIND the products/services. I want to bring that to you.
So…..my mind has been going a thousand miles per hour while I have been here……and I think we will both be able to benefit from what I am learning and what I am thinking. But as always….I will be honest with you. I am not going to bring you a product or service that I don’t think is worth telling you about. Just thought I would share with you….now I have to think of a fun name……
