Getting Started with Cleaning Above Ground Pool
After getting all the equipment ready, you must follow these steps:
Step 1: Assemble your Pool Vacuum.
Firstly, you must assemble your pool vacuum which is very easy to do. You just must attach the vacuum head to your telescoping pool.
Step 2: Connect the vacuum hose.
Then, you must attach one end of the hose to the vacuum head and attach the other end to the skimmer using a vacuum plate.
Step 3: Choose your filter valve setting.
Now, it depends upon you whether you want to do light vacuuming or deep vacuuming. It is recommended to set the multiport valve filter to “Filter” for light vacuuming and bigger jobs set the system to the “Waste” setting.
Step 4: Start Vacuuming
To vacuum the pool, you must move the vacuum like a rug in a slow linear manner. If the pool is very dirty, you must repeat the process many times until the pool becomes clean. You must also remove all the debris from the pool by yourself.
Step 5: Disconnect the filter, change filter settings, and do a final cleanup.
After vacuuming the pool, you can disconnect your vacuum head. To give a finishing touch to your cleaning, you can attach a brush to your telescoping pole and give a pool a good side scrubbing.
