1. Spacing Between Fence Post

Usually, the distance between two fence posts is around six to eight feet. To place the fence posts at an equal distance, markings are made to guide the executor with the fencing operation, and holes are dug at those exact places.

2. Placing the Wooden Piece

After the holes are dug, and you are planning to dig the wood in the ground, make sure that you dig at least one-third of the wooden piece to withstand all the weight, pressure, rains, wind, and other unfavorable conditions.

3. Fixing of Posts

After properly aligning the posts, make sure that each post is braced with stakes. Then add dirt in the hole, and then make sure you tamp without disturbing the post alignment at the ground at the post base to pack the dirt.

4. Attach Rails

Use a butt joint or similar equipment to secure the post body to the rail and ensure that the bottom’s rails are correctly aligned.

5. Install Fence Boards

Install the fence boards by beginning with post corners and nail the posts in a perfect alignment. Place another board and continue the same action.
